In the protection of workers, building occupants, and infrastructure, Property Management professionals have long been responsible for the significant role of overseeing the safe and effective operation of their facilities. To this end ALL-TECH has developed the industry leading Safety Supervisor for Property Managers course.

This course is designed to provide building owner/operators and facility managers with an overview of their duties and responsibilities as supervisors as it relates to Occupational Health and Safety and the managers duties and obligations. 

Topics to be covered are due diligence, the Internal Responsibility System (IRS) and an introduction to the Provincial Occupational Health & Safety Regulations/Act. The course material has been developed to provide attendees with the necessary tools to safely manage their employees, ensure facility and worker compliance, and provide a safe work environment for all workers and visitors while maintaining continuity of operation by providing useful steps to limit undue OHS liability in the workplace. 

Intended audience: Property Managers, Operations Managers, Facility Directors / Workers, Supervisors, Regional Managers, Condo Boards, Security Coordinators, Superintendents, Leasing Teams and Safety Committee Team Members.

Public Course Payment:
Payment must be received prior to commencement of course. Payment methods: Visa, MasterCard (please complete CC Authorization Form) or Cheque (made payable to ALL-TECH Environmental Services Ltd.). Certificates not issued to participants until payment as been received in full.

Public Course – Registration Cut-off:
Registration for public courses will close 3 days prior to course date.

Public Course – Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your registration up to five business days prior to the course date, your registration fee will be refunded less a $50 enrollment charge. Alternatively, you may send someone else in your place.  ALL-TECH requires a minimum of 10 people per course. If course cancellation is necessary, you will be notified immediately, and refunds (if required) will be issued.  ALL-TECH will determine course viability 3 days prior to the course date.
