This course is designed for persons who may be required to oversee the fit testing, usage and compliance with respiratory protection under occupational settings. The course is based on the CSA Z94.4 Standard and includes instruction on completing Qualitative Fit Testing. (Note: Qualitative Fit Testing can only be used to fit respirators with an Assigned Protection Factor (APF) of less than 10)
Who should participate?
The course is designed for, but not limited to, the following personnel: Healthcare staff (N95 Filtering Facepieces), industries where there is a requirement to wear respirators as part of day to day work duties, Safety Officers, managers or representatives and construction supervisors.
Course Duration
This course is based on approximately a 2-3-hour delivery time per session.
